The Paper Mat is an important part of your system.  It is not packing material!


If you accidentally remove the Paper Mat from your system you have a few options:

1. Contact us and have a new Paper Mat sent to you.
2. Replace Paper Mat with single piece of natural colour (non-dyed) tissue paper.
3. Replace Paper Mat with strips of white (non-dyed) toilet tissue (single-ply is recommended).

Things Not to Do

1. Do not use newspaper or "printer" paper.
